All!! I struggle to find something I didn’t like. Silvia is an excellent hostess, the house is cared for in every aspect and very functional. Rarely is it possible to combine the aesthetic aspect with the functional one but she has succeeded.

The owner Silvia waited for our arrival until late welcoming us with a smile. She illustrated the house to us, also telling us about the historical part of the structure. In the house there is every comfort, with attention to the smallest details and for every need (even the make-up remover pads and the sewing set!!). The house is wonderful, impeccably clean with a breathtaking view. The Host is always present and available without ever being inopportune. Certainly the maximum evaluation for a stay to be recommended and repeated.

This is a home to fall in love with. The views of the Perugino hills and the cypress countryside allow you to breathe a deep calm. The house itself is steeped in historical significance and Silvia’s attention to detail and beauty is beyond compare. The house is stocked with everything you need from toothbrushes to biscuits/biscuits to milk, jam and tea and coffee. The kitchens have plates and cups and glasses and pots and pans and coffee/tea makers and the furniture is comfortable. The only danger is that you may never want to go out again.

Nice accommodation with great view. You absolutely must enjoy the sunset from the Loggia. Furnished with taste down to the smallest detail, in the kitchen olive oil, etc. it is also available next to the breakfast. The landlady is very friendly and helpful and always available. Without a doubt, I recommend this house where I spent peaceful and restful days. Tastefully furnished, I found everything I needed for my vacation. The priority is always available and kind. Do not take the breakfast with a view. It is located in the upper part of Spello with a nearby car park, which is a very important fact for the place. We went for a romantic getaway but it is suitable for both families and a group of friends.

Silvia’s house is perfect, beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. We immediately felt at home. The attention to detail and the generosity of the host made our stay unforgettable. Although it was not expected we found everything we needed for breakfast, with abundant quality products. The house is inside the walls in a convenient position to get around the city on foot and reach the free parking spaces in one minute.

Silvia’s house is a real jewel, something unique where you can breathe authenticity, style and all-round beauty.
The structure is ancient and has been recently renovated, with splendid furnishings that are perfectly in tune and integrated into the original environment. My friends and I felt privileged to be able to take advantage of such a special place, moreover in the heart of Spello and its amenities, enjoying an enchanting panorama.
But what struck us the most was Silvia’s splendid welcome and thoroughness, who welcomed us as if she were at home, explaining every aspect of the house to us with care and passion, offering us a welcome gift and stocking the kitchen with everything we needed. we may need.
