You will enjoy hard to find views that range from Monte Subasio to Assisi and from the Foligno valley to Spoleto. The home is easily accessible by car, and it is 200m from the parking areas.

The house has two floors + 1 mezzanine, and if needed can be divided and independent, with two separate entrances.
It sleeps up to 8 people. In one bedroom is a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and in the living room are two sofa beds: one double and one French.
The house is tastefully furnished also using some unique refurbished pieces, Umbrian vintage pieces, and works of art by local artists.

About us
Silvia’s house is perfect, beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. We immediately felt at home. The attention to detail and the generosity of the host made our stay unforgettable. Although it was not expected we found everything we needed for breakfast, with abundant quality products. The house is inside the walls in a convenient position to get around the city on foot and reach the free parking spaces in one minute.
